Terms and Conditions of Rental

Party leader on the rental agreement must be 25 years of age.

Booking & Payment

Booking is only confirmed when 20% deposit has been received.

The guest agrees to pay the rental fee agreed by the due date, 8 weeks prior to arrival.  We reserve th right to cancel your booking if we do not receive the balance by the due date. 

Security Deposit  

It is understood that all damages will be charged direct to the lead rentor.  We require a security deposit $200 when balance due (8 weeks before arrival). This will be refunded after your stay.

This is to secure against loss, breakages, extensive cleaning, trash removal or damage occasioned by the use or to the property by the members of the party in this agreement.  Should damages occur and be greater than the deposit, any excess will be invoiced to the lead rentor.  If you have any issues with damages when you arrive, please call our management company, their number is available in the kitchen area.

Check in/out

You may check in after 4pm and check out by 10am.  If an early or late check out is required an additional fee will be imposed and must be confirmed at time of booking.  If the property is occupied before or after the agreed checking in/out time, a fee will be charged direct to the lead renter.

It is understood that the property is rented self-catering. 

Home & Resort Rules

Sorry no pets are allowed. This property is non-smoking.

Use of Property

Use of the vacation home is entirely at the guest's own risk and the Owners and Management Company do not accept liability for injury, loss, damages to personal property/vehicles or lost/stolen items during their vacation.

Force major

We accept no liability for any loss, delay or cancellation of the rental

due industrial disputes, riot, acts of violence, fire, flood, hurricane,

war, civil disobedience, natural disasters, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or ports or other major forces.

Cancellation

Monies are refundable up to eight weeks before rental is due to start

if cancellation is confirmed in writing. After this 100% of the rental will be withheld.  Bookings, dates & refunds are all dependant on cleared funds.

Insurance

Renters are advised to take insurance to cover cancellation, accident, sickness or damage.   Alternate accommodation will not be provided in the event of the above listings.
